About Us

The Village

The Village at Powers Ferry is a small cluster home community of 100+ homes that were built in the early 1980’s.  It is located in East Cobb just outside of the I-285 perimeter. The homes are reasonably priced and convenient to everything that Marietta has to offer.  The property taxes are also historically lower in Cobb County than other metro Atlanta municipalities.  The neighborhood ammenities include trash pickup, pool, and clubhouse.

The HOA

The Homeowners Association (HOA) at the Village is self-governed which helps keep the annual dues substantially lower than all its surrounding neighborhoods, while still providing trash pickup services, termite bond, swimming pool and clubhouse ammenities.  The goal and mission of the HOA is to keep the neighborhood in good harmony and increase homeowner value in the process.  HOA Board members are elected by the neighborhood and Board meetings are typically held bi-monthly (2nd Thursday) 7pm at the clubhouse.  Homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
